By accessing or using Aurex AI ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Aurex AI ("we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform. By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Aurex AI provides subscription-based automated trading software that sends trade signals to users' MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts. The Platform does not hold, pool, or take custody of user funds. All trading occurs on the user's own broker account using the user's own capital. The Platform operates as a signal provider only — it analyzes market data, generates trade recommendations, and executes those recommendations as trades on your connected MT5 account, subject to your broker's terms and conditions.
The bot currently supports trading of XAUUSD (Gold vs US Dollar), major cryptocurrency pairs (BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT, XRP/USDT), and select forex pairs on supported MT5 brokers. Availability of specific trading pairs depends on your subscription plan and your broker's product offerings. We continuously develop and refine our algorithms, and the Platform may evolve over time — features, trading pairs, and functionality may be added, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for: providing accurate and complete registration information and keeping it up to date; maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials, including their MT5 login details; ensuring that their broker and account type supports automated trading via Expert Advisors (EAs); understanding the mechanics, risks, and potential outcomes of automated forex and cryptocurrency trading; monitoring their account activity and trade execution regularly; and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations in their jurisdiction.
You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law; attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform's trading algorithms; interfere with or disrupt the Platform's servers or networks; share your account credentials with any third party; or use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform. Any violation of these responsibilities may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Our services are offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing. Available plans include Starter, Pro, and VIP tiers, each with distinct features, supported trading pairs, and support response times as described on our Pricing page. All plans include a free trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. After the trial period, your selected payment method will be charged automatically on a monthly basis until you cancel.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and the price difference is prorated for the current billing period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your current plan's features until that date. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle. Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Aurex AI is a software platform that provides automated trade execution tools. We are not a financial advisor, investment advisor, broker-dealer, or exchange. Nothing on the Platform — including trade signals, performance reports, blog posts, educational materials, or communications from our support team — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of professional advice. All trading decisions executed through the bot are based on pre-programmed algorithms and do not take into account your individual financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances.
You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before making any trading decisions. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any trading losses incurred through the use of the Platform, and that past performance of the bot — whether displayed on the Platform or communicated through any channel — does not guarantee future results.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurex AI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses — arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We do not guarantee: that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that trade signals will be generated or executed accurately or at all; that any specific trading results, profits, or returns will be achieved; or that any errors or defects in the Platform will be corrected. You acknowledge that automated trading systems are subject to technical failures, connectivity issues, broker downtime, latency, slippage, and market conditions that may result in trades not being executed as intended or at all. You expressly agree that your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
The Platform, including its underlying technology, trading algorithms, software code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all content (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is owned by or licensed to Aurex AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on our Intellectual Property without our express written permission.
The Platform integrates with third-party services including but not limited to MetaTrader 5 (developed by MetaQuotes), payment processors, hosting providers, and market data providers. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for any third-party services, and we are not liable for any issues arising from your use of or reliance on them.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for: violation of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; any conduct that may harm the Platform, our reputation, or other users; extended periods of account inactivity; or at your request. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to limitations of liability, disclaimers, and indemnification — shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aurex AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
