Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period

Every Aurex AI subscription plan includes a complimentary free trial period. During this trial, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan — the trading bot will execute live trades on your connected MT5 account, you can view real-time charts, monitor performance, and use the full dashboard. No payment is required to begin your trial, though you may be asked to provide a valid payment method when you sign up to ensure uninterrupted service after the trial ends.

You may cancel your trial at any time before it expires without being charged. To cancel, visit your account dashboard and navigate to the subscription management section. If you cancel during the trial period, your access to the Platform will end at the expiration of the trial. You will receive email reminders 3 days and 1 day before your trial ends. If you do not cancel, your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period for the first month of your subscription.

2. Monthly Subscription Billing

All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Your billing cycle begins on the date your trial ends and your first payment is processed. Subsequent charges occur on the same date each month (or the nearest business day if your billing date falls on a weekend or holiday). Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing date for that period has passed. This policy exists because our service is digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon payment — the trading bot begins operating on your account, and you consume the service continuously throughout the billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your account will be downgraded and the bot will stop trading. You may reactivate your subscription at any time. If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. If you downgrade, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances & Discretionary Refunds

We understand that exceptional situations may arise. Refunds outside of the free trial period may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances: documented technical issues attributable to the Platform that prevented service delivery for more than 72 consecutive hours during a billing period, provided you notified our support team within 48 hours of the issue occurring; duplicate or erroneous charges resulting from a billing system error; or other extraordinary circumstances as determined at our sole discretion.

To request a discretionary refund, email info@nftbox.online with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: your registered email address, the subscription plan you are on, the date and amount of the charge in question, and a detailed explanation of the circumstances. We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our determination. Approval of one refund does not establish a precedent for future refunds, and each request is evaluated independently based on its specific facts. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting our support team may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution. Chargebacks create significant administrative burden and fees for our business, and most issues can be resolved more quickly and effectively through direct communication. We encourage you to contact us at info@nftbox.online to address any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to: suspend your account and bot trading activity immediately; dispute the chargeback with your financial institution, providing evidence of your subscription agreement and Platform usage; and permanently terminate your account if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent or abusive. Repeated chargeback filings across multiple billing periods may result in a permanent ban from the Platform. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, we will reinstate your account upon your request, though any service interruption during the dispute period will not be compensated.

5. Plan Changes & Downgrades

When you downgrade from a higher-tier plan (e.g., VIP to Pro, or Pro to Starter), the new rate takes effect at the beginning of your next billing cycle. You retain full access to your current plan features until that date. No refund or credit is provided for the remaining time on your current billing cycle after a downgrade. When you upgrade from a lower-tier plan, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current cycle, and the higher-tier features become available immediately. Your subsequent billing cycles will reflect the new plan rate in full.

Frequently Asked Billing Questions

When exactly will I be charged?

Your first charge occurs at the end of your free trial period. Subsequent charges occur on the same calendar date each month. If your billing date falls on the 31st of a month with fewer days, the charge occurs on the last day of that month. You will receive an email receipt for every successful payment.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Log into your Aurex AI dashboard, navigate to the Subscription page, and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees, and you can reactivate your subscription at any time from the same page. You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Depending on your region, you may also see options for local payment methods and bank transfers at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment partners.

Will my subscription price ever increase?

We may adjust our pricing from time to time to reflect improvements to the platform and market conditions. If your plan price increases, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies to your account. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for a minimum of 12 months from their signup date.

How do I update my payment method?

Visit the Payments page in your dashboard to add, update, or remove payment methods. You can store multiple cards and select which one to use for your subscription. Adding a backup payment method is recommended to prevent service interruptions if your primary card expires or is declined. Payment method changes take effect on your next billing date.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment is declined, we will retry the charge automatically after 3 days and again after 7 days. You will receive email notifications after each failed attempt so you can update your payment information. Your bot will continue trading during this grace period. If payment is not resolved after 14 days from the original due date, your subscription will be paused and the bot will stop trading until payment is successfully processed.
